    My Video-Making Journey Continues

Six years ago, I embarked on a new video-making journey. But, before I could get anywhere with it, it ended. Well, now, I’m back. Check it out… As I said in my previous post, I feel called to move forward and focus on: I look forward to this venture going forward, and I hope to see & interact with you along the way!

The Bible: A Treasure Trove Weaponized

Personally, I see the Bible as a treasure trove of wisdom. Unfortunately, I believe the Bible has been weaponized by the Enemy of our soul to destroy mankind. Our Enemy’s Primary Aim: Destroy Mankind Through deceptive manipulation, I believe the Bible has been used by agents of our Enemy to destroy us by presenting a faulty understanding of the value, design & intended purpose for the existence of mankind. We’ve been taught that man is now fundamentally flawed due to Original Sin, referring to the Fall of Adam in the Garden of Eden, and that we are all inherently sinners. Therefore, we are all automatically separated from God at the…

    My Spiritual Expedition

I’m in favor of searching out a matter within the Bible. That’s how I got to where I am today. However, I believe it is necessary to first have a foundation that is based on what is physically true/real & self-evident before going on any spiritual expeditions. The Course I Took When I began to question what I understood about the Bible, I started seeking out answers to specific questions I had concerning what the Bible said, and that journey took me all over the place. And it was exciting! It was like the book was brand new to me. I started washing myself in it, and I began to…

First Things First: Get a Grip & Hold Fast

I believe we, as Bible students, Bible readers, and so-called Bible believers needs to read our Bibles, starting at the beginning of the book. We need to gain a firm grip on what is established there and then hold fast to it when reading all that comes after it, in order to make proper sense of it all. One would think this approach would make common sense and need not be said, but evidently it needs be said, because it doesn’t typically happen that way. But also, more importantly, I believe we need to get a firm grasp on reality before we even open the Book. And then we need…

    Heavenly Thrones

After publishing my post, The LORD Said to My Lord, I began looking into the Hebrew word, most often translated as throne, kisse (H3678). It comes from the verb root kasa (H3680) which means to cover, according to Brown-Driver-Briggs. And the noun kisse (H3678) means seat of honour, throne, and it appears 135 times in the Old Testament. Of these mentions, we see priests, kings (& the mother of a king: Bathsheba), and YHVH (& even Haman in the book of Esther and a foolish woman in the book of Proverbs) seated on them. Primarily, though, they are mostly reserved for kings and priests. In the New Testament, the Greek…

The LORD Said To My Lord

Many refer to the following passage to support the notion that Jesus is not the physical son of David, but rather, he is God, the Son. (Never mind the fact that the Bible never says that Jesus is “God, the Son”.) “41 While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them, 42 Saying, What think ye of Christ? whose son is he?“They say unto him, The son of David.“43 He saith unto them, How then doth David in spirit call him Lord, saying, 44 The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool? 45 If David then call him Lord,…

    The End of An Age

When I hear things like the Day of the LORD is quickly approaching & Jesus/Yeshua is coming back, I have to ask, what exactly are people expecting to see in the physical realm with these notions? When the New Testament speaks of the Day of the LORD, I believe it is referring to the fall of Jerusalem in 70 A.D. (with the destruction of the temple/power structure & accompanying power/control figures, which Yeshua prophesied would come to pass), and that has obviously passed. There was a physical remnant of people that were spared from physical death in that generation — they had to figure out how to live outside the…

    The Genealogies of Jesus

Two lineages demonstrate harmoniously how Jesus could be considered the Messiah, also known as the Son of God -- through physical seed, which came through the line of Solomon and through the word/saying (figurative/spiritual seed) of God which came through the line of Nathan. Both lineages link Jesus to David, of Abraham, of God through Joseph, Jesus' father.

    Time to Rally the Troops

The Enemy is engaged in warfare against the Son of Man. He is hell-bent on destroying the Seed of the Woman — not just the Anointed One (singular man), but the entire body: all of mankind. This war is not just a spiritual war or an attempt to simply destroy the economies of this world or the way our society currently operates, it’s about destroying humans on a personal level — each one of us, and corporately, in our spirit, mind & body. The System is Destined to Fail Honestly, the economy here in America & societal operations-at-large have been destined to fail because they are set up against our…

Do You Know Who You Are?

For many years I struggled with understanding who I was in the grand scheme of things. I struggled with understanding all that the Bible said concerning the relationship between God and Man — not so much who God is, but more so who Man is in relationship to God. I went back and forth over the terms “Son of God” and “Son of Man”, ad nauseum, to determine precisely to whom these terms referred. I was raised to believe they referred to Jesus Christ as recorded in the New Testament. I have always embraced that notion, and I still do. But is that all? To whom else do those terms…
